Bio:  Adrian has been with Navistar for 23+ years, with the first 12 spent at the Chatham Assembly Plant working regular production design effects for Paystar models.  He transferred down to the Garland Assembly Plant and worked as the custom engineering manager responsible for severe service. His next role was Chief Engineer for all Severe Service products at the Lisle headquarters, prior to moving back to the Dallas area in early 2014.

Bio: Joe has over 20 years of experience in the truck industry with the last 12+ years as an engineering manager for Navistar at the Garland Assembly Plant.  Prior to joining Navistar, Joe held various engineering roles with other truck manufacturers.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Bio: With more than 22 years service with Navistar, Matt leads the International Truck Specialty Center in Springfield to ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles. Matt’s broad knowledge and experience with Navistar has been achieved through previous roles in truck assembly, order processing, production scheduling, outbound transportation and the Navistar Defense business unit.

Bio: Tom joined Navistar TSC in mid-2016. After graduating from college he worked as a mechanical engineer in several industries, then joined the truck industry in 2002 as Sales Manager/Engineer for a metal parts supplier to the OEMs. Tom has been awarded six U.S. Patents for his engineering work, including one in Dec 2014 for an International Truck Step Tread Formation. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo and an MBA, International Business, from Wright State University.
